So easy to shop
Step 1 – Create an account (optional)
You don’t need an account to buy stuff from us. Just start shopping and then check out.
It’s handy to have an account if you want to shop often, because then you don’t have to type in your details every time. Just type in your login ID and password.
Click “Join” to set up your account if you want one. It is free. Simply complete the form.
Step 2 – Add items to your basket
Click to select the Daycraft products you want to buy.
Click “Add to cart”.
The selected item is automatically refreshed and displayed in the top right corner, including the quantity of items in your basket and total price in Hong Kong dollars or US dollars.
If you like, you can click “Save for later” to keep an itemin your wish list.
Step 3 – View shopping basket
To review and change the contents of your basket, click on the Shopping Cart icon on the top right corner of the page.
How can I change the quantity of the items in my basket?
Change the quantity in the box. The new quantity and price will be automatically refreshed.
How can I delete an item from my basket?
Click the “Remove” button for the item to delete. The item will be automatically deleted and the total price recalculated.
How can I add more items to my basket?
Click the “Continue Shopping” button. You will go back to your previous items selected, and you can continue to shop from the top menu.
Proceed as described above to add new items to your shopping cart.
Step 4 – Checkout
You can check out by clicking either “Registered user” or “Guest checkout” under the shopping cart.
As a “Registered user”, just fill in your email address and password, then click “Log in”. After you log in, you can check the products you purchased and the delivery address*. Then click the “Checkout” button at the bottom to proceed the payment. You will leave the Daycraft website and enter PayPal to settle the payment.
If you check out as a “Guest”, just complete the delivery information, then click “Save”. You can then click the bottom “Checkout” button proceed to payment. You will leave the Daycraft website and enter PayPal to settle the payment.
Once the payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email.
*Please make sure the recipient and delivery address are correctly filled in. Any loss of the mail items or unsuccessful delivery due to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses, customers are required to bear the additional shipping fee.

Type your promo code into the appropriate box when you check out.

Payment
Pay by PayPal
Currently we accept PayPal payment only.
You can pay using your PayPal account or if you don’t have one, you can pay as a PayPal guest. PayPal is safe and easy. Just follow the instructions given by PayPal. It only takes a few clicks.
US$1 will be charged as an authorisation fee to verify your credit card. The charge will be automatically canceled within several days.

Daycraft Online denominates prices in Hong Kong dollars (HK$) and US dollars (US$).
Delivery
Local delivery (Hong Kong)
Free shipping to Hong Kong for orders over HK$800
Orders under HK$800 will charge HK$30 shipping fee.
If the selected items are in stock, your order will be delivered to your shipping address within 5-7 business days.
For residential addresses, orders will be sent by registered mail. If no one is at home to take delivery a pick-up slip will be provided, and the product can be picked up at the closest post office.
For commercial addresses, orders will be sent by local courier.
Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm.
Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories commercial and residential addresses only. Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas.
Delivery service is suspended when typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to reschedule the delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Daycraft immediately of any change to their delivery address.

International delivery
Free international shipping for orders over US$104 or HK$800
US$10 or HK$77.5 shipping fee for international orders under US$104 or HK$800
If the selected items are in stock, your order will be delivered to your shipping address within 15 business days by registered airmail.
It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Daycraft immediately of any change to their delivery address.

Customs and import duties
Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You are strongly advised to contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns
Return policy
We're really sorry, but our free shipping policy and the cost of return shipping means we can only accept returns for damaged, defective or incorrect product orders. Please order carefully.
All products are inspected before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, please email us within 5 days of receipt.
Please return the product(s) to us in the original shipping box/package to allow us to investigate the damage and follow up with our courier service.
How to return items
Contact Daycraft via email within 5 days of receiving your order.
Explain your reason for the return (with your order number and name). We will handle your case in advance.
Return the items (with the order number) to 1409 Phase 1, Chai Wan Industrial City, 60 Wing Tai Road, Chai Wan, Hong Kong within 7 days (local orders) or 15 days (international orders). Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5 business days.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. Please use a traceable courier when returning products. Products lost in transit will not be refunded.
